Arch ID a été invité à superviser les travaux d'aménagement de la boutique Tiffany & Co. à Amsterdam, P.C. Hooftstraat. 2008-2009.

Les plans de l'aménagement intérieur ont été préparés par Ted Moudis Associates (TMA), architectes à New York. Une équipe internationale de consultants et d'entrepreneurs a été engagée.

Les travaux ont commencé après que le propriétaire ait installé un nouveau sous-sol sous les deux propriétés adjacentes. Le rôle d'Arch ID a consisté principalement à assurer la coordination générale entre les parties, avec une attention particulière pour les autorités néerlandaises locales, à résoudre les problèmes techniques d'exécution et à assurer le suivi financier.

Maison-Atelier Begur

Woning-atelier Begur

Client : Mme Coppieters-'t Wallant, Ch., Bruxelles, Belgique.

Conception d'un studio résidentiel à Begur, Espagne. 2022-2023, inspiré par le Museo Miró à Palma de Mallorca, Espagne, le studio de Joan Miró conçu par Josep Lluis Sert.

Les éléments clés de la conception étaient la pente raide contre laquelle la maison a été construite et le contrôle de la pénétration de la lumière dans le studio.

La pente raide a permis de concevoir une façade à trois niveaux vers la rue, mais à un seul niveau vers le jardin. La différence de hauteur a dû être prise en compte dans les deux façades latérales.

Les coques du toit servent d'une part à laisser entrer la lumière du jour dans le studio et d'autre part à empêcher la lumière directe du soleil d'entrer. La lumière directe du soleil et les changements d'intensité lumineuse sont désastreux pour un studio.

Les études de couleurs des façades ont été réalisées par le client.

Le travail sur ce projet a été interrompu après que le gouvernement local a explicitement rejeté les propositions ; seul un volume traditionnel avec un toit en pente serait autorisé.

Etudes de Due Diligence pour le compte de EC Harris, Faithful&Gould, Turner-Townsend pour plusieurs bâtiments, bureaux, hôtels, banques, garages et autres, en Belgique, aux Pays-Bas, en Allemagne et au Luxembourg.

Signalétique du rebranding de Beobank.

Client : Beobank, Bruxelles, Belgique.

L'acquisition de Citibank Belgium par la CMNE a nécessité un changement de nom et un rebranding de la signalétique des quelque 280 agences en Belgique. 2012-2014. Cette mission a pu s'appuyer sur les informations disponibles lors du rebranding de Citibank réalisé précédemment.

Le travail d' Arch ID a consisté en :

- le développement technique du design de la nouvelle signalétique avec le nouveau nom « Beobank »,

- la préparation des propositions pour les façades de chaque point de vente,

- la préparation des demandes de permis et le suivi des procédures,

- le suivi de la mise en œuvre, y compris des visites de contrôle sur tous les sites.

Deux ans plus tard, cette mission a été renouvelée dans le cadre de l'intégration du BKCP dans Beobank, soit une cinquantaine de sites.

Rebranding de la signalétique des quelque 280 agences Citibank en Belgique, tant en façade que dans les bureaux, à l'intérieur, sur la base du nouveau concept introduit par Citigroup dans le monde entier. 2002-2004.

Le travail d 'Arch ID a consisté à

- la réalisation d'une étude de tous les bureaux,

- préparer des propositions de façade pour chaque point de vente,

- préparer les demandes de permis et suivre les procédures,

- le suivi de la mise en œuvre, y compris une visite de contrôle sur tous les sites.

Les points de vente à Paris, Luxembourg et Amsterdam faisaient partie de la mission.

Rebranding Citibank kantoren

Client : Citibank, Bruxelles, Belgique.

Conception et suivi du redesign et du rebranding de 10 agences Citibank, situées dans toute la Belgique, sur la base du concept NCA développé par Citigroup et introduit dans le monde entier.

Le premier projet dans ce cadre a été réalisé au Bondgenotenlaan à Louvain, en 2004. Il a été suivi par les bureaux :

- Place d'Armes, Namur

- Wayezstraat à Anderlecht,

- Bredabaan, à Brasschaat

- Europaplein, à Genk

- Waterloosesteenweg, Fort Jaco, Uccle

La crise bancaire de 2008 a mis fin à ce projet de rebranding.

Stores pour bureaux de poste

Stores pour bureaux de poste

Client : Postkantoren bv, Utrecht, Pays-Bas.

Conception et mise en œuvre d'un store très spécifique dans le hall du siège social de Postkantoren bv en 2005.

Lors de la construction du nouveau bâtiment, il n'avait pas été prévu que le soleil pénétrerait si loin à l'intérieure du hall d'entrée, une bonne partie del'année. À tel point que l'accueil du bureau était aveuglée par le soleil. Une solution a été recherchée.

Arch ID a trouvé la solution en désignant un store non pas pour l'ensemble de l'espace mais spécifiquement pour le poste de travail de l'accueil. Cela a permis de s'éloigner de plusieurs propositions traditionnelles présentées par des tiers.

Les voiles triangulaires donnent à la réception l'ombre nécessaire mais, contrairement à d'autres propositions, ne ferment pas l'ensemble de la façade, permettant toujours beaucoup de lumière dans le hall et de visibilité vers l'extérieure..

Tour résidentielle "Youyi Road"

Tour résidentielle "Youyi Road"

Client : Teresa Happy Care, Utrecht, Pays-Bas.

Conception pour la construction d'un bâtiment à usage mixte à Xi'an, en Chine, 2018.

Un bâtiment de 25.000 m2 sur 32 niveaux ; des magasins au rez-de-chaussée, un centre de soins pour les résidents et riverains aux 1er et 2e étages, des appartements et des espaces communs aux étages supérieurs.

L'immeuble de grande hauteur repose sur un socle de 3 étages ; la hauteur et le volume ont été imposés par les contraintes d'urbanisme. Deux zones sont proposés, avec des façades principalement en verre, où se trouvent les espaces communs, afin de "couper" visuellement la hauteur du bâtiment. Le dégradé de couleurs dans la finition de la façade sert à adoucir la massivité de la tour.

En raison de la méthode de travail spécifique à la Chine, Arch ID n'a pas été en mesure de poursuivre ce projet après ce stade.

Maison de repos "Justus Lipsius"

Maison de repos "Justus Lipsius"

Client : Orpea Belgium, Bruxelles, Belgique.

Conception et suivi de l'exécution de la nouvelle construction de la maison de repos « Justus Lipsius » à Overijse, Belgique. Achevée en 2017.

La maison de repos est située le long de la route provinciale entre Overijse et Jezus Eik, les espaces communs sont principalement orientés vers la route afin que les résidents voient le mouvement, la vie. De l'autre côté, les résidents ont une vue sur une prairie. La maison de soins dispose de 57 chambres, dont 6 pour couples, d'un salon, d'un restaurant et de plusieurs espaces de soins personnels.

Le 2e étage est aménagé pour les résidents atteints de démence sévère et les patients atteints de la maladie d'Alzheimer.

L'introduction de la méthode de travail « sans papier » et le rôle croissant du conseil ont conduit au choix d'un aménagement de bureau beaucoup plus ouvert.

Bureaux de poste aux Pays-Bas

Au début des années 1990, Postkantoren bv a commencé à « rebrander » son réseau de points de vente. Un nouveau style, visant particulièrement à améliorer le concept de sécurité, qui rendait superflue la séparation vitrée entre clients et personnel. Ces changements s'accompagnent d'un tout nouveau style d'aménagement des bureaux. De 1993 à 2009, Arch ID a travaillé pour Postkantoren bv, en élaborant les plans de rénovation de quelque 1 800 sites.

La rénovation la plus remarquable concerne le pont de vente Munnekeholm à Groningen, officiellement le 1.000e point de vente rénové. Le réaménagement est allé de pair avec les travaux de restauration du bâtiment la partie accessible au public, classé monument national, en particulier la restauration du plafond avec puits de lumière. La nouvelle cloison en verre, tenu par des "spiders" et câbles, devrait assurer l'appréciation de l'ensemble de l'espace

PTT-Post Kiosk

Client : Post Post, La Haye, Pays-Bas.

Dans le cadre du remplacement des boîtes aux lettres dans les bureaux de poste et les points d'appui de PTT Post aux Pays-Bas (300 000 au total), la vente aux enchères de fleurs d'Aalsmeer souhaitait trouver un nouvel emplacement pour les boîtes aux lettres destinées aux clients de la vente aux enchères de fleurs.

À la suggestion d'Arch ID, l'autorisation a été obtenue d'utiliser une petite partie du hall principal et d'y installer un kiosque essentiellement ouvert. Les clients peuvent ainsi retirer leur courrier sans entrave et à tout moment. Les différentes couleurs du kiosque, toit rouge, mur arrière jaune, armoires bleues, correspondent à la multitude de couleurs des fleurs et des plantes vendues à la vente aux enchères.

La meilleure partie du projet a été les visites pendant l'exécution des travaux, tôt le matin, lorsque le hall était complètement rempli de fleurs et de plantes pour la vente aux enchères ; le spectacle coloré et l'odeur accablante.

Les escaliers mènent au pont, pour que les touristes puissent profiter de ce spectacle.

Arch ID was invited to supervise the works of furnishing the Tiffany & Co. shop in Amsterdam, P.C. Hooftstraat. 2008-2009.

Plans for the interior design had been prepared by Ted Moudis Associates (TMA), architects in New York. An international team of consultants and contractors had been engaged.

The works were started after the owner installed a new basement under the two adjoining properties. Arch ID's role consisted mainly of general coordination between parties, with specific attention to the local Dutch authority, resolution of technical problems in execution, and financial follow-up.

House-Atelier Begur

House-Atelier Begur

Client: Mrs Coppieters-'t Wallant, Ch., Brussels, Belgium.

Design for a residential studio in Begur, Spain. 2022-2023, inspired by the Museo Miró in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, the studio of Joan Miró designed by Josep Lluis Sert.

Key elements of the design were the steep slope against which the house was provided and controlling light penetration into the studio.

The steep slope gave the design a three-level façade to the street, but only one level to the garden. The difference in height had to be accommodated in the two side facades.

The shells of the roof serve to allow daylight into the studio on the one hand and to keep direct sunlight out on the other. Direct sunlight and changes in light intensity are disastrous for a studio.

The colour studies of the facades were made by the client.

Work on this project was halted after the local government explicitly rejected the proposals; only a traditional volume with a pitched roof would be allowed.

The acquisition of Citibank Belgium by CMNE required a name change and rebranding of the signage of the approximately 280 branches in Belgium. 2012-2014. This assignment was able to draw on information available from the Citibank rebranding as previously carried out.

- the technical development of the design of the new signage with the new name ‘Beobank’,

Client: Postkantoren bv, Utrecht, the Netherlands.

The design and implementation of a very specific sun blind in the hall of Postkantoren bv's head office in 2005.

During the new construction of the office building, it was not foreseen that the sun would shine quite far into the hall in autumn, winter and spring. So far that the office reception was blinded by the sun. A solution was sought.

Arch ID found the solution by naming not the space but the workstation of the reception as the starting point to be shaded. This opened the way to moving away from several previous traditional proposals put forward by third parties.

The triangular sails give the reception the necessary shade but, unlike other proposals, do not close off the entire facade by far, still allow plenty of light and visibility.

Residential tower "Youyi Road"

Design for the new construction of a mixed-use building in Xi'an, in China, 2018.

A 25,000 m2 building over 32 levels; shops on the Ground Floor, a care centre for residents and neighbours on the 1st and 2nd Floors, flats and communal spaces on the upper floors.

The high-rise building stands on the plinth of 3 storeys; the height and volume were imposed by the urban planning constraints. Two zones are elevated with mostly glass facades where communal spaces are located. The colour gradient in the finishing of the façade serves to soften the massiveness of the tower.

The specific working method in China meant that Arch ID was unable to follow up this project further.

Design and follow-up of the execution of at the new construction of the ‘Justus Lipsius’ rest home in Overijse, Belgium. Completed in 2017.

The rest home is located along the provincial road between Overijse and Jezus Eik, the communal areas are mainly facing the road so that residents will see movement, life. On the other side, residents have a view of a meadow. The care home has 57 rooms, including 6 for couples, a lounge, a restaurant and several personal care areas.

The 2nd floor is equipped for severely demented residents and Alzheimer's patients.

Design and follow-up of the redesign and rebranding of 10-odd branches of Beobank, formerly Citiebank, in locations across Belgium. The introduction of the ‘paperless’ working method and the increasing role of advising led to the choice of a much more open office layout.

In the early 1990s, Postkantoren bv had begun ‘rebranding’ its office network. A new style, particularly aimed at improving the security concept, which made the removal of the thick glass separation between customers and service redundant. The changes were accompanied by a completely new style of office layout. From 1993 to 2009, Arch ID worked for Postkantoren bv, drawing up the refurbishment plans for some 1,800 locations.

The most notable refurbishment concerns the office on Munnekeholm in Groningen; officially the 1,000th refurbished post office. The redesign went hand in hand with restoration work on the publicly accessible In this building, a national monument, in particular the restoration of the ceiling with skylight. In addition, the new glass partition in the office has been a success.

PTT-Post Kiosk

Bloemenveiling Aalsmeer, Nederland

Client: Post Post, The Hague, Netherlands.

As part of the replacement of mailboxes in PTT Post's post offices and support points across the Netherlands, 300,000 in total, the Flower Auction in Aalsmeer had a desire to find a new location for the mailboxes for Flower Auction customers.

At Arch ID's suggestion, permission was obtained to use a small part of the main hall and install an essentially open kiosk. Customers can collect their mail without hindrance and at any time. The different colours of the kiosk,, red roof, yellow back wall, blue cabinets, match the multitude of colours of the flowers and plants traded at the auction.

The best part of the project were the visits during the execution of the works early in the morning, when the hall was completely full of flowers and plants for auction; the colourful spectacle and overwhelming smell.

The stairs lead to the bridge, for tourists to enjoy that spectacle.

Arch ID was uitgenodigd om de werken van de inrichting van de winkel van Tiffany & Co. in Amsterdam, P.C. Hooftstraat te begeleiden. 2008-2009.

Plannen voor de inrichting waren opgemaakt door Ted Moudis Associates (TMA), architecten in New York. Een internationaal team van adviseurs en aannemers was ingeschakeld.

De werken werden aangevangen nadat de eigenaar onder de twee aangrenzende panden een nieuwe kelder had aangebracht. De rol van Arch ID bestond hoofdzakelijk uit de algemene coördinatie tussen partijen, met specifieke aandacht voor de lokale Nederlandse instantie, het oplossen van technische problemen in de uitvoering, en financiële opvolging.

Woning atelier Begur

Woning-atelier Begur

Opdrachtgever: Mevr. Coppieters-'t Wallant, Ch., Brussel, België.

Ontwerp voor een woning-atelier in Begur, Spanje. 2022-2023, geïnspireerd op het Museo Miró in Palma de Mallorca, Spanje, het atelier van Joan Miró ontworpen door Josep Lluis Sert.

Belangrijkste elementen van het ontwerp waren de stijle helling waartegen het huis voorzien was en het beheersen van de lichttoetreding in het atelier.

Door de stijle helling kreeg het ontwerp een drie niveau's hoge gevel naar de straat, maar slechts een niveau naar de tuin. Het hoogte verschil diende opgevangen te worden in de beide zijgevels.

De schelpen van het dak dienen om enerzijds daglicht toe te laten in het atelier en anderzijds om direct zonlicht buiten te houden. Direct zonlicht, wisseling van lichtintensiteit is funest voor een atelier.

De kleurenstudies van de gevels zijn door de opdrachtgeefster gemaakt.

De werken aan dit project zijn stopgezet nadat de lokale overheid uitdrukkelijk de voorstellen had afgewezen; alleen een traditioneel volume met schuin dak zou worden toegestaan.

Beobank Rebranding signage

Rebranding signage Beobank

Opdrachtgever: Beobank, Brussel, België.

Door de overname van Citibank Belgium door CMNE was een naamswijziging en rebranding van de signage van de circa 280 kantoren in België noodzakelijk. 2012-2014. Bij deze opdracht kon geput worden uit de informatie die beschikbaar was vaan de Citibank rebranding zoals die eerder was uitgevoerd.

De werkzaamheden van Arch ID bestonden uit:

- het technisch uitwerken van het ontwerp van de nieuwe signage met de nieuwe naam "Beobank",

- het opmaken van voorstellen,

- het opmaken van vergunningaanvragen en opvolging van de procedures,

- het opvolgen van de uitvoering, inclusief een controlebezoek aan alle locaties.

Twee jaar later werd deze opdracht herhaald in het kader van de integratie van de BKCP in Beobank, een vijftigtal locaties.

Opdrachtgever: Citibank Belgium, Brussel, België.

Rebranding van de signage van de circa 280 Citibank kantoren in België, zowel tegen de gevel als in de kantoren, binnen op basis van het nieuwe concept zoals door Citigroup wereldwijd werd ingevoerd. 2002-2004.

De werkzaamheden van Arch ID bestonden uit:

- het uitvoeren van een survey van alle kantoren,

- het opmaken van voorstellen,

- het opmaken van vergunningaanvragen en opvolging van de procedures,

- het opvolgen van de uitvoering, inclusief een controlebezoek aan alle locaties.

Ook de locaties in Parijs, Luxemburg Stad en Amsterdam werden in deze opdracht meegenomen.

Citibank NCA

Rebranding Citbank kantoren

Opdrachtgever: Citibank, Brussel, België.

Ontwerp en opvolging van de herinrichting en rebranding van 10-tallen kantoren van Citibank, op locaties verspreid over heel België, op basis van het door Citigroup ontwikkeld NCA-concept dat wereldwijd werd ingevoerd.

Het eerste project n dit kader werd uitgevoerd aan de Bondgenotenlaan in Leuven, in 2004. Daarna volgden nog de kantoren:

- Place d'Armes, Namur

- Wayezstraat in Anderlecht,

- Bredabaan, in Brasschaat

- Europaplein, Genk

- Waterloosesteenweg, Fort Jaco, Ukkel

De bancaire crisis in 2008 maakte een einde aan dit project rebranding.

Zonwering Postkantoren

Zonwering Postkantoren bv

Opdrachtgever: Postkantoren bv, Utrecht, Nederland.

Het ontwerp en uitvoering van een zeer specifieke zonwering in de hal van het hoofdkantoor van Postkantoren bv. 2005.

bij de nieuwbouw van het kantoorgebouw was niet voorzien dat de zon in het najaar, winter en voorjaar een heel eind de hal in zou schijnen. Zo ver dat de receptie van het kantoor door de zon verblind werd. Een oplossing werd gezocht.

De oplossing werd door Arch ID gevonden door niet de ruimte maar de werkplek van de receptie als uitgangspunt te benoemen die in de schaduw moest worden gezet. Dat opende de weg om af te kunnen stappen van verschillende eerdere, door derden, aangedragen traditionele voorstellen.

De driehoekige zeilen geven de receptie de nodige schaduw maar, in tegenstelling tot andere voorstellen, sluit bij verre niet de hele gevel af, laat nog veel licht en zicht toe.

Rusthuis "Justus Lipsius"

Rusthuis "Justus Lipsius"

Opdrachtgever: Orpea Belgium, Brussel, België.

Ontwerp en opvolging van de uitvoering van bij de nieuwbouw van het Rusthuis "Justus Lipsius" in Overijse, België. Voltooid in 2017.

Het rusthuis is gesitueerd langs de provinciale weg tussen Overijse en Jezus Eik, de gemeenschappelijke ruimten zijn hoofdzakelijk gericht op de weg opdat de bewoners beweging, leven zullen zien. Aan de ander zijde hebben de bewoners zicht op een weide. Het rusthuis telt 57 kamers, waarvan 6 voor koppels, een salon, een restaurant en meerdere persoonlijke verzorgingsruimten.

De 2e verdieping is ingericht voor zwaar dementerende bewoners en Alzheimer patiënten.

In samenwerking met met het bureau PMO Architectes.

Woontoren "Youyi Road"

Rusthuis "Youyi Road"

Opdrachtgever: Teresa Happy Care, Utrecht, Nederland.

Ontwerp voor de nieuwbouw van een gebouw met gemengde bestemming in Xi'an, in China, 2018.

Een gebouw van 25.000 m2 over 32 niveaus; winkels op het Gelijkvloers, een zorgcentrum voor bewoners en omwonenden op de 1e en 2e Verdieping, appartementen en gemeenschappelijke ruimten op de hoger gelegen verdiepingen.

De hoogbouw staat op de sokkel van 3 bouwlagen, de hoogte en het volume waren door de stedenbouwkundige randvoorwaarden opgelegd. Twee zones zijn in de hoogte voorzien van grotendeels glazen gevels waar zich gemeenschappelijke ruimten bevinden. Het kleurverloop in de afwerking van de gevel dient ervoor om de massaliteit van de toren te verzachten.

De specifieke werkwijze in China heeft ertoe geleid dat Arch ID dit project niet verder heeft kunnen opvolgen.

Nursing home "Les Amarantes"

Opvolging van de uitvoering van bij de uitbreiding van het Rusthuis "Les Amarantes" in Gerpinnes bij Charleroi, België. 2018.

Een uitbreiding aan het bestaande rusthuis met een vleugel waarin 30 kamer in zijn voorzien, over 4 niveaus. Op het Gelijkvloers is een gesloten afdeling ingericht voor zwaar dementerende bewoners en Alzheimer patiënten.

In samenwerking met met het bureau PMO Architectes.

Ontwerp en opvolging van de herinrichting en rebranding van 10-tallen kantoren van Beobank, voorheen Citiebank, op locaties verspreid over heel België. De invoering van de “paperless” werkmethode en de toenemende rol van advisering heeft ertoe geleid dat er voor een veel opener inrichting van kantoren is gekozen.

2.800 Postkantoren in Nederland

Begin jaren ’90 was Postkantoren bv begonnen met de “rebranding” van haar kantorennet. Een nieuwe stijl, met name gericht op het verbeteren van de veiligheidsconcept, die het verwijderen van de dikke glazen scheiding tussen klanten en bediening overbodig maakte. De aanpassingen gingen samen met een volledige nieuwe stijl van inrichting van de kantoren. Vanaf 1993 tot 2009 is Arch ID actief geweest voor Postkantoren bv en heeft het voor ongeveer 1.800 locaties de herinrichtingsplannen opgemaakt.

De meest aansprekende herinrichting betreft het kantoor aan de Munnekeholm in Groningen; officieel het 1.000ste heringerichte postkantoor. De herinrichting ging samen met restauratiewerken van de publiekstoegankelijke In dit gebouw, een Rijksmonument, met name het in ere herstellen van het plafond met daklicht. Daarnaast is de nieuwe glazen scheiding in het kantoor een succes.

PTT-Post Kiosk

Bloemenveiling Aalsmeer, Nederland

Opdrachtgever: Post Post, Den Haag, Nederland.

In het kader van de vervanging van de postbussen in de postkantoren en steunpunten van PTT Post over heel Nederland, 300.000 in totaal, was er in de Bloemenveiling van Aalsmeer de wens om een nieuwe locatie te vinden voor de postbussen voor klanten van de Bloemenveiling.

Op voorstel van Arch ID is toestemming gekregen om een klein deel van de grote hal te gebruiken en een in essentie open kiosk te plaatsen. Klanten kunnen zonder belemmering en op ieder willekeurig moment hun post ophalen. De verschillende kleuren van de kiosk,, rood dak, gele achterwand, blauwe kasten, sluiten aan bij de veelheid aan kleuren van de bloemen en planten die op de veiling verhandeld worden.

Het mooiste van het project waren de bezoeken tijdens de uitvoering van de werken vroeg in de ochtend, als de hal helemaal vol stond met bloemen en planten voor de afslag; het bonte spektakel en de overweldigende geur.

De trap leidt naar de brug, voor toeristen om van dat spektakel te kunnen genieten.
